Hey everyone! I really hope you're still enjoying the week with R.E. Schobernd, and I apologize for the interruption of your "program". I was feeling a little disconnected from you and wanted to pop in to say "Hi!". I know you've seen more changes happening around here (I did warn you), and figured I'd give you a heads up on it all.
I've finally finished the "Sigh! It must be said" note, which is all the fine print stuff. I know it's boring, but I found out it's kind of a requirement to post it somewhere on the site when you're dealing with things like receiving free items, earning money off of ad activity, etc.
I seriously considered keeping Books N Beans ad free, but as BNB takes up more and more of my time during the day I had to reconsider. I love Books N Beans, and I want to continue doing it for...well as long as you'll have me. So, that means I have to balance all this time spent on it with my family's needs. In other words if I can find a way to make money doing what I'm loving to do, then I can justify the time I spend with it.
Believe me, sifting through all that legal jargon is not my idea of a good time. Any suggestions you might have in the realm of money from blogging are more than welcome!
Also any book news you'd like to share for the "Read All About It" note, I'd love to add it. I will eventually link the covers to their respective pages, but I ran out of time on the day I was working on it. Again, one of those situations where I found out I'm not a super human and can't stop time from advancing forward.
So what else have I been up to? You mean besides updating pages, researching ads and companies, and bringing R.E. Schobernd to your computer? Well, I've been reading until my eye sockets burn and my eyes want to jump right out of my head. Gruesome image, I know, but it's about how it feels.
This weekend there will be 3 reviews back to back for you. They are an assassin trilogy by R.E. Schobernd and will wrap up his week with Books N Beans. I also have 1 new release and 1 upcoming release that will have reviews posted next week along with 1 regular review and the Saturday Showcase title. Whew!
Not that I'm complaining! I really do love to read, and I absolutely love sharing it all with you. It was just a matter of timing that it all ended up falling on the same week.
